          Event:    The Commerce Department's Patent and Trademark, and the
          Sunnyvale Center for Innovation, Invention and Ideas 
          (SCI3), will hold a two-day Patent Seminar, Washington
          and the West.  The seminar will focus on changes to
          patent practice and patentability of computer related
          software and biotechnology inventions, both of great
          importance to California's economy.
