An earlier announcement for a seminar on "Long-Term Monitoring of Changes in 
Senegal's Natural Resources," had the wrong date.  The seminar will be on 
April 26, 1996, not April 25.  Location and time are still the GTL, Room 
2A224, at 10:00am.
