The Information Analysis Program is presently being developed.  It will deal with all assessment result (i.e., performance assessments, external assessments, independent oversight assessments, Type A or B investigations, etc.) and self-disclosing events (i.e., occurrences, nonconformance reports, etc.).  The goal of the program is to

  1. identify trends which might indicate programmatic problems before they become major deficiencies;
  2. alert the appropriate level of management that a a programmatic problem exists;
  3. develop the monthly statistic reports;
  4. develop the quarterly trending reports and
  5. assist line organizations (subject matter experts, management system owners, etc.) in the developing analysis/trending programs within their organization.
