PERRY, JR., CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 1:97- 2432-JEC On December 10, 1997, the Honorable Julie E. Carnes, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, entered orders of permanent injunction against M. Leon Jensen ( Jensen ) of Duluth, Georgia and George Gore, Jr. ( Gore ) of Castle Rock, Colorado. Gore is a former employee and Jensen is a former director of Paragon Mortgage Corporation,a now defunct mortgage banking company, formerly headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia. Without admitting or denying the allegations set forth against them, Jensen and Gore consented to judgments of permanent injunction enjoining them from violating Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. Disgorgement and civil penalties were ordered with 1) Jensen consenting to pay $6,990 in disgorgement and prejudgment interest, and $7,688 in civil penalties and 2) Gore consenting to pay $2,587 in disgorgement and prejudgment interest, and $2,813 in civil penalties.
