No Common Name (Cicindela nevadica)

Body size: 10-13 mm. Dorsal colorations range from shiny green to dull coppery brown. Common habitats include both saline and non-saline habitats in close association with water. This is a summer species. One subspecies, Cicindela nevadica lincolniana is extremely rare and limited in distribution. It is state-protected in Nebraska and under consideration for federal protection.
