The requirement of a seven day wait will effect my business big time.It will slow down everyones business(including the future IBOs-prospects) and will restrict with a time frame.When we register a new IBO we provide them with every information possible right then and there,a seven day lap will not help the prospect in gathering any other info abt the business.Our opportunity any how has the money-back guarantee for 90 days period,if t he IBO decides if it is not for him after trying it for few months. Providing the references with the IBOs contact number and their personal information to the prospect whom we hardly know is very unfare.how can we share other IBOs personal info which would affect thier pivacy.We usually register a new IBO after making them our team and our uplines team-showing them the big picture.Prospects can talk to any of the IBOs in that kind of setting professionally rather than calling the IBOs and intruding in their personal life. Requirement to provide a litigation list -is very not possible.When there thousands of IBOs from different walks of life and business is spread all over the country,filing all the litigations for the past 10 yrs is way too much than what the prospect needs to know to start his business.When we are talking abt litigations filed-it can be true and it may not be true.Most of them are done by people who have nothing else to do.I mean unworthy comments without the actual knowledge.This would rather confuse the prospect and complicate the matters ,which is not necessary. Requirement abt specific earning disclosure: It would complicate the matters.We already show in the plan ,the average gross income and all required information.Providing the prospects with specific earning disclosures will confuse the prospect in the first place and we are also intruding the privacy of other IBOs. Requirement abt Financial substantiation:would be absolutely inappropriate for the prospects to know abt the IBOs actual income.We already tell them in the plan how much we made through the business and how the business has affected our life in a positive way -including finances and personal life.I dont think it is necessary to share our personal details. Overall in most of the proposed issues we are talking about the prospects aspects but not through the business owners perspective.
