Missouri Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP) State Plan

Missouri Habitat Priorities and Associated Species

The priorities identified in the following table display Missouri’s commitment to encourage natural community restoration and management. The state WHIP priorities complement the Riparian Buffer initiative in Missouri as well as the strong Native Grass Restoration emphasis under CRP in Missouri.
