Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008To the Commissioners,I thank you for your efforts to curb the problem ofunsolicited bulk email. However, I am concerned about the proposed requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists.Once again your going after the wrong people the easiest way you know how. Your hurting the true small business getting started with little income.I don't like SPAM either, but go after the dirt, filth, and illegal operations. I'm trying to start myown newsletter to help people just starting to use a computer with hardly no rewards in return. You really need to find another way to stop SPAM.Go after the Servers who accepts Porno, Filth, Scum and shut them down. Slap large fines on the ones who support this.Let me tell you that people aren't mad about good email. They are mad every time they open an email and all the Scum pops up.I truly hope you see it my way.Respectfully,Mike Appelt Texas, USA
