In fact, he's denied access to SLAC and FNAL, and had to return his visitor badges for both labs last week. He's Iranian Citizen and thus disciminated against in this country, despite the fact that he has a valid H1 visa. Elliot Lipeles will show up sometime in September. He's a US citizen and thus not expected to have the same problems. As a result, we'll be ok with 169F & L. Jim Branson can share 169F with me whenever he comes to town, and Elliot & Mark will share 169L.
