            Clock Fanout requirements:

            - Provide 53Mhz RF to all DPMTs

            In addition:

            - Ability to adjust relative phase between flash
                integrator and incoming phototube pulse
                (input phasing)

            - Ability to phase data transmission such that
                set up and hold spec. for pipeline inputs is met
                (output phasing)

            The input and output phasing cannot be coupled


               Two independently adjustable clocks per channel

            Other considerations:

            - Power consumption

            - Radiated noise

              6000 x anything can get out of hand
