{description}   KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. At a radar site on North Merritt
                Island, Fla., the second counterweight is being lifted for
                installation on the support structure (right) for a 50-foot C-
                band radar antenna dish. The radar will be used for Shuttle
                missions to track the launches and observe possible debris coming
                from the Shuttle. It will be used for the first time on STS-114.
                The launch window for the first Return to Flight mission is July
                13 to July 31.
