New VCPs UIWG Meeting Notes

New VCPs for OB7
----------------

Xiangbao gave a brief overview of the web-material illustrating the
addition of the three new Volume Coverage Patterns (VCP) in the RPS List
Editor. The new VCPs are VCP211, VCP212, and VCP221.

Discussion
----------

- Noted the new VCPs 'View' menu.

- Discussion revolved around the slider bar on the second image in the
  presentation material. In looking at the image, it is not apparent that
  there are VCPs for the TDWR radars, that is, VCP80 and VCP90. Should the
  dialog box be made large to eliminate the slider bar and show all the 
  VCPs? Or, does the fact that the slide bar is there with room to slide,
  imply that there are more selections? It was pointed out that the VCP112
  has not been implemented and should be removed from the list. If by 
  removing it from the list does the first of the two VCP for TDWR radars
  appear so that the user can see that there is indeed VCPs for the TDWRs.

- The order of the VCPs was also discussed. Currently they are not 
  numerical. They are grouped by clear air versus storm mode. Suggested
  that they should be put in numerical order with identifiers indicating
  if the VCP was for a WSR-88D radar versus a TDWR radar. It was decided
  that they should be left as is.

Action Items
------------

Decision was made to first remove VCP112 from the available selections and see
if the TDWR radar VCP patterns (VCP80) appears in the list giving the user
a visual that there are VCPs for the TDWR radars.
