ORDER RE PREHEARING CONFERENCE ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM

It is ordered that a PREHEARING CONFERENCE be held on at at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Rm

THE CLAIMANT AND THE OBJECTOR ARE ORDERED to confer by telephone at least fourteen days prior to the PREHEARING CONFERENCE to discuss resolution of the objection. At least seven days prior to the PREHEARING CONFERENCE the parties shall file and serve a PREHEARING STATEMENT with the court not to exceed two pages in length, addressing the following:

1) A statement of the date and time of the telephone conference required by this order.
2) The estimated time for hearing and desired hearing date.
3) A precise and separate statement of each factual and legal issue which must be determined to resolve the objection and a brief statement of the facts in support thereof.

COUNSEL FOR THE OBJECTOR (OR THE OBJECTOR, IF UNREPRESENTED BY COUNSEL) is ordered to serve this PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER on the Claimant within seven calendar days from the date of this Order.
