1. A laser module having a semiconductor laser device whose emission wavelength is 350˜450 nm, the semiconductor laser device
being contained in a hermetically sealed container, wherein
each optical component in the container, including the semiconductor laser device, generates an organic volatile gas of 10
μg/g or less when examined by GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) at 150° C.,
an organic adhesive used for fixing the optical components in the container generates an organic volatile gas of 100 μg/g
or less when examined by GC/MS at 150° C., and
the unit μg/g is an amount of volatile organic substances (in μg) per an amount of a volatile gas of hexadecane (in g).
