2. Individual Lists from data entry person ordered by Overseer which includes:
Short Code, Reference, Particles/Codes/Supcategories,Groupings,
Encoder/Overseer team(s), Comments, Authors (+et al), Collaboration
for each Overseer (UC 1.2.2)
3. Individual Lists from data entry person ordered by Encoder which includes:
Short Code, Reference, Particles/Codes/Supcategories,Groupings,
Encoder/Overseer team(s), Comments, Authors (+et al), Collaboration
for each Encoder (UC 1.2.2)
4. Complete List from data entry person ordered by Encoder which includes:
Short Code, Reference, Particles/Codes/Supcategories,Groupings,
Encoder/Overseer team(s), Comments, Authors (+et al), Collaboration
for all Encoders and Overseers (UC 1.2.2)
5. Chart of Encoders/Overseers vs. Particles/Subcategories/Groupings
6. Letter from head of PDG explaining encoding schedule
Steps to take:
1. Generate above lists
2. Post list on www
3. Post chart on www
4. Post letter/schedule on www
5. Update database that Encoders/Overseers were notified
6. Notify Encoders/Overseers as to www location; ask for response
7. Renotify unresponding Encoders/Overseers
