Subject:	Bid Increment Change


At the conclusion of Round 120 today, the straight percentage 
used to calculate minimum acceptable bids will increase to 
25% until further notice.

At the same time, the percentage used to calculate acceptable 
bid amounts higher than the minimum acceptable bid will be set 
at 10% until further notice.

This change will be reflected in the minimum acceptable 
bids and additional acceptable bid amounts for Round 121 
beginning Monday, December 3, 2001, at 12:00 p.m. ET.
