Dominic graduated with a PhD in Astronomy from the Australian National University in 1983. He served a two year Post Doctoral fellowship at the Caltech Big Bear Solar Observatory before joining the SMM PI team in 1985. He is currently a Senior Scientist with Applied Research Corporation and is involved in research projects to analyze solar observations from the Yohkoh, Compton Gamma-Ray Observatory, and SOHO missions.

Dominic is now working full-time on SOHO-related activities, but can still be convinced to help on SMM and Yohkoh BCS-related problems.
