Subj: MEDx tutorial series From: Jeff Solomon Subject: MEDx tutorial series Hello All, This Wednesday (March 21) at 10am, the intro to MEDx seminar will be given in the large Radiology conference room ( bldg. 10, room 1C520). This session kicks off a weekly MEDx tutorial series that will end sometime in mid-June. Below you will find topics that will be covered in this introductory session. Many of these items will be the topic of their own tutorial session in future weeks. Please spread the word to anyone you believe would find this seminar useful. MEDx is a UNIX based software package used to analyze and visualize 2D and 3D medical imaging data. This introduction to MEDx seminar will cover the tools contained with the software package that are typically used to analyze a medical imaging data set. It is intended to formalize new users and veterans to the processing tools provided within the MEDx software package.
