§ 180.572 Bifenazate; tolerance for residues. (a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)hydrazinecarboxylate) and diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate) in or on the following food commodities: Commodity | Parts per million |

(2) Tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl) hydrazinecarboxylate); diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate); 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-ol; and 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-oxysulfonic acid (expressed as 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-ol) in or on the following food commodities: Commodity | Parts per million |

(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)hydrazinecarboxylate) and diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate) in connection with use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA.
