§ 180.572   Bifenazate; tolerance for residues.

(a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)hydrazinecarboxylate) and diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate) in or on the following food commodities:

(2) Tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl) hydrazinecarboxylate); diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate); 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-ol; and 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-oxysulfonic acid (expressed as 1,1′-biphenyl, 4-ol) in or on the following food commodities:

(b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are established for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)hydrazinecarboxylate) and diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate) in connection with use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. The tolerances will expire and are revoked on the dates specified in the following table.
