Recommended Smoking Measures

Based on our workgroup’s recommendations, we suggest the following categories for use by projects in different situations.

1. “Economy” Model: Studies not looking at change over time in smoking, just collecting status & current stage of change information.
»
Economy Model Baseline & Follow-up Measures* (10 kb)

2. “Mid-Size” Model: Studies looking at change in smoking, but not conducting intervention.
»
Mid-Sized Model Baseline & Follow-up Measures* (23 kb)

3. “Luxury” Model: Studies looking at change in smoking & conducting smoking intervention.
»
Luxury Model Baseline & Follow-up Measures* (36 kb)

Individual projects are free to use a "higher" level package if it meets their needs.

NOTE: Remove scoring remarks before use with participants.
