Antidumping Investigation on Live Cattle from Canada: Notice of 
Extension of Deadline for Submission of Briefs and Hearing

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Extension of deadline for submission of briefs and of hearing 
date.

Extension of Time

    On July 19, 1999, the Department postponed, until October 4, 1999, 
the deadline for the final determination in the antidumping 
investigation of live cattle from Canada. See Notice of Postponement of 
Final Antidumping Determination: Live Cattle from Canada, 64 FR 40351 
(July 26, 1999). As a result of this postponement, the Department is 
extending the deadline for the submission of briefs. Case briefs are 
now due by August 13, 1999, and rebuttal briefs are due by August 20, 
1999. In addition, the hearing date is anticipated to change. For more 
information regarding the hearing date, contact the parties stated 
above.
