Extension of Time Pursuant to 19 CFR 353.36, the Department has determined that it is necessary to conduct verification of certain information in Kazakhstan during the period May 3, 1999 through May 9, 1999. As a result of this verification, the Department is granting an extension of time for the briefs. Case briefs are now due May 17, 1999, and rebuttal briefs are now due May 21, [[Page 24138]] 1999.
