Thanks Daniel,

I tried that, but it still only gives me one region instead of all 13. This is the script I'm using:

3dmaxima \
-input dataset+tlrc'[3]' > out.1D \
-prefix maxima.txt \
-spheres_1toN \
-thresh 3.0 \
-min_dist 3 \
-out_rad 4 \

whereami \ -coords out.1D'[1..11]' \ -tab

And this is what I'm getting:

+++++++ nearby Talairach Daemon structures +++++++

Focus point= -0 mm [L], -0 mm [P], 0 mm [S] {T-T Atlas}
Focus point= -0 mm [R], -0 mm [A], 0 mm [S] {MNI Brain}

Within 3 mm: Left Anterior Cingulate -AND- Left Brodmann area 25
Within 6 mm: Left Caudate -AND- Left Caudate Head
Left Thalamus
Within 7 mm: Left Hypothalamus
Left Lentiform Nucleus
