PURPOSE OF EXPEDITION:

  Swap out marker buoy.

  Shakedown cruise for new equipment (SeaBird 911+ CTD and Paravane pressure
  transducer.


EXPEDITION SUMMARY:

  Successful cruise; however, ~$20,000 worth of equipment was lost due to an 
  electrical grounding problem on the R/V Moana Wave.  As a result, we will 
  provide our own clean power for all future cruises.
