There are multiple steps involved in each of the lymphocyte functional assays such as preparation of effectors and targets, assay setup and data analysis. This can vary significantly from assay to assay. The laboratory has divided services into a modular pricing structure to allow investigators to estimate the price of a typical assay.

Assays marked with an * include labor. Labor for the ELISPOT assays does not include the cost for data analysis which is priced separately. For some assays the laboratory uses the C1RA2 cell line for presentation of HLA-A2 binding peptides.
