Subject:  Management Positions Filled

These are times of significant change in the U.S. Geological Survey 
and the Federal Government overall.  At time it may seem as if nothing 
is settled.  It is heartening to know that we have moved forward and 
filled many key management positions in the Division.  Although there 
are some staffing issues that remain unresolved, the following 
positions have been filled since May 1, 1994.
