Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, I have become aware that since CAN-SPAM isn't working, you're considering adding yet another burden to legitimate mailings -- the requirement of suppression lists. As an ezine publisher and affiliate of many popular products online, this makes my efforts to survive online even harder. And I'm sure I can speak for other "netpreneurs" when I say that this will pretty much be the straw that broke the camel's back... Already profits are hard to come by when you weigh against it the efforts put forth. I urge you to reconsider. We are not the problem. We provide information that people are seeking.
