APPLICATION FOR A GUNNISON GORGE DAY USE ANNUAL PASS

An annual day use pass is good only for the individual named on
the pass and is non-transferable.  The pass is valid for one year
from date of purchase.

Each annual day use pass costs $15.00.  You can order multiple
passes by providing, in the spaces below, the names of each
individual applying for a pass and paying $15.00/pass.  Use
additional sheets if needed.

Mail this completed form and your check or money order (payable
to USDI-Bureau of Land Management) to:
