All Field Office NEPA registers contain current EIS and EA actions. However, certain registers do not include CXs and DNAs . Inquiries about these documents can be obtained by contacting the appropriate Field Office NEPA Coordinator, or by visiting their Field Office public room.

*If searching for a specific document, the NEPA Number is typically referenced in the following format prior to fiscal year (FY) 2009:  

example CO-110-2008-068-EA; where "CO" = Colorado; "110" = White River Field Office; "2008" = FY; "068" = NEPA Number and EA = Document Type.  

For FY 2009 the new numbering format is as follows:
