Mr. MOLLOHAN introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

A BILL

To suspend temporarily the duty on UV-1084 light stabilizer.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TEMPORARY DUTY SUSPENSION.

    Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (19 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheading:

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.

    The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
