Commercial ads included with contractual emailings are acceptable, but for one-time transactions a reasonable limit should be placed on the number of emailings, ie. we don't want twenty "We would like to thank you once again for your purchase..." messages, all of which include commercial ads. Severe penalties should be imposed on those who sell and/or purchase email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertisements.
