HEP ran well for nearly the entire shift.  Excessive beam inhibits due to
missed G10 kicker pulses tend to limit beam intensity to 35Tp late in the
AGS.  NM064 is also hovering near its alarm limit, as is the BTA ALARA alarm. 

2300:	HEP & BLIP running.

0010:	HEP off.  CAS needs to enter the V1 fenced area to check an alarm
	for argon low pressure in the swic system.

0030:	We are again receiving DNA alarms for 10 chipmunks, most of which
	are in Building 912.

0050:	HEP running.  CAS replaced the argon bottle.  They noted that there
	are no more spare argon or CO2 bottles.

0258:	HEP off; AGS RF station JK has tripped.

0306:	HEP running.  CAS reset a crowbar trip on station JK.

0549:	HEP & BLIP off due to a Mod 5 high voltage trip.

0611:	HEP & BLIP running.  CAS reset a water mat fault that was apparently
	false.
