TO REACH THE 0-METER POINT FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S HIGHWAYS 16 AND 20, LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN WORLAND, GO WEST ON U.S. HIGHWAY 20 AND STATE HIGHWAY 789 (BIGHORN AVENUE) THROUGH TOWN AND ACROSS THE BIG HORN RIVER FOR 1.5 KM (0.9 MI) TO THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 433 ON THE RIGHT. TURN RIGHT AND GO NORTHERLY ON STATE HIGHWAY 433 FOR 0.5 KM (0.3 MI) TO A PAVED INTERSECTION ON THE LEFT, JUST AFTER THE WYOMING HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT MAINTANENCE YARD. TURN LEFT AND GO WESTERLY ON THE PAVED ROAD FOR 0.7 KM (0.4 MI) TO A FORK. TAKE THE RIGHT FORK AND GO NORTHERLY UP A HILL FOR 0.3 KM (0.2 MI) TO THE POINT WHERE THE PAVEMENT TURNS TO GRAVEL. CONTINUE NORTHWESTERLY ON THE MAIN GRAVEL ROAD FOR 1.4 KM (0.9 MI) TO A FORK WHERE THE LEFT FORK LEADS TO THE COUNTY LANDFILL. TAKE THE RIGHT FORK AND CONTINUE NORTHWESTERLY ON THE MAIN GRAVEL ROAD FOR 1.5 KM (0.9 MI) TO THE SOUTH EDGE OF A ROCK QUARRY, AND A TRACK ROAD LEADING AROUND THE WEST EDGE OF THE QUARRY. TAKE THE TRACK ROAD AND MEANDER NORTHWESTERLY FOR 4.2 KM (2.6 MI) TO THE 0-METER POINT ON THE RIGHT. THE 0-METER POINT IS A STANDARD NGS CALIBRATION BASE LINE DISK STAMPED "0.00 M" SET IN THE TOP OF A 28 CM (11 IN) DIAMETER CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 5 CM (2 IN) ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND. THE 300-FOOT TAPE CALIBRATION TAPE STATION IS A BLANK DISK STAMPED "91.444 M 300.01 F" SET IN THE TOP OF A 28 CM (11 IN) DIAMETER CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 2.5 CM (1 IN) ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND. IT IS 59.7 M (195.9 FT) SOUTH-SOUTHEAST A METAL WITNESS POST, 58.8 M (192.9 FT) SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, AND 15.5 M (50.9 FT) EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE TRACK ROAD. THE 300-FOOT TAPE STATION WAS REMEASURED BY EDMI METHOD AND FOUND TO BE 91.439 M (300.00 FT) FROM THE 0-METER POINT (MARK-TO- MARK DISTANCE).
