We do not watch TV. We read instead. We know other families who have responded in the same way. But, there are remain families less affluent and apparently less able to control this medium. On behalf of all US children, and in the interests of halting the decline in TV viewership, I urge you to implement stronger regulation of commercial advertising aimed at children. This is not a new problem. Even Al Capp expessed disgust at the effects of Kid's TV when he invented "Method K" for turning upright US boys into delinquents and killers. There's a lot more to being a citizen than being a consumer. We all need to remember that, and kids need to learn what's important at an early age. Sincerely, Sincerely, Karl R. Hubrt
