Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 6.0 cm
STRATEGY CORRECTION
-------------------
In jpl10697.sum, we mention that our sp3 and SINEX products are rotationally
and translationally aligned with the terrestrial reference frame (IGS97).
Note that this is true for GPS week 1069 only; beginning this week (1070), we
revert to only applying a rotational alignment to IGS97.
GENERAL
-------
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: DRAO (not USNO) used as reference clock days 194 and 197.
WARNING: Data from PRN15 excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from KELY, KUNM, MAC1, WTZT excluded day 191.
WARNING: Data from CAGL, GODE, KODK, MAC1 excluded day 192.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, KELY, MAC1, REYK excluded day 193.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, JAMA excluded day 194.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, JAMA excluded day 195.
WARNING: Data from BARH, DGAR, JAMA excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from LBCH, QUIN, TRAB excluded day 197.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
