I've been an IBO since 1996 and I'm very thankful for the opportunity that my team members have given me to stay plugged in to the team even though I'm not as far along as I would like to be. They have been a source of help and encouragement to me all along. I have learned a lot from them about money management and people skills. I know that my life is better because of my Quixtar business and will only get better as time goes on. I believe that the seven day waiting period would only be a determent to my business building. Especialy when we have a money back policy if someone changes their mind in the first thirty days of becoming an IBO. As for the giving out of ten names of other IBO's whom they can contact isn't fair because when I tell someone about my business opportunity and they know someone else that is already involved and they want to get in their business I tell them that It's okay with me. But when I am prospecting I get my own names and to just give my work away to someone else isn't fair. The IBOAI Board and Quixtar have made known the earnings possibilities in our business and our team leaders have printed materials for us to leave with new prospects to read over . We leave that information with them after we show our opportunity to them. We also answer any questions that they have after going over the materials. We are the most upfront opportunity out there so please consider these points. Thank You so much. Alice Vandegraft
