 I believe that this request is a manipulation of the system to benefit only the drug company requesting the action.  This request is secondary to the loss of profit from a drug that has been repeatedly proven to be determental to the public health.  The FDA should not impose the drug companies wishes to the determent of public health. In the title of the docket it suggests that "flagrant violations of the law" are taking place. Please quote the law that is being violated.
