 12.0 - At 11 to 13 feet flooding of businesses...shops...and 
        homes upstream and downstream from the gage site 
        occur. 


 12.0 - The elevation of 12 feet represents the 11 year flood 
        elevation. 


 11.0 - Eleven feet is the 50 year flood plain. Floor of several 
        brown houses down stream of the River Road Shoppe have 
        an elevation of 11 feet. 


  9.0 - The floor of the Castle Inn is at 9 feet. 


  8.0 - At 8 feet...floors of houses donstream on the left bank 
        will be affacted. 


  8.0 - Floor of red brick houses which are located down stream 
        on left bank will flood. Florr of Helndorf Motel down 
        stream on right bank is also at an elevation of 8 feet. 


  6.0 - At 6 feet yards of homes downstream from the gage on the 
        left bank will be flooded. 


  6.0 - Flood stage is 6 feet. Water may enter the yards of some 
        homes down stream on left bank. Six feet is also the 
        elevation of the patio of Castle Inn on left bank 
        adjacent to gage.
