Exports a .CON file for GMM
The items selected, and exported are IDGEO blocks. The point stored as a block attribute is used as the point id for the point. The current projecion information is used to append the spheroid to the ends of each line.
As in this example, if the file already exists and Nothing is selected at the prompt, then nothing is done to the file but the information is written to the screen.
No file dialog box is presented because the option of appending to a file is not offered in the standard file dialog box.
