19Exports of HPC items classified on the Commerce Control List under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 4A003 can be exported to Canada with no license required (NLR) rather than under the license exception for high performance computers (CTP). The record keeping requirements do not apply for HPC exports to Canada. Retransfer and reexport restrictions still apply.
