Dear Sir/Mam,

It is imperative to understand the full impact of
genetically engineered foods on the human body
(nutritionally, toxically and allergically) and on the
environment. Untill then it is socially responsible to
at least let the public have the choice as to what
foods to consume, by allowing apropriate labeling. 
Let us not wake up when it is too late to do anything,
there is much that can be done at the present to avoid
the possibility of a catastrophy.  The effects of
non-indiginous plants on new environments is known,
what are the effects of genetically engineered foods? 
Do we really know?
