I appreciate your prompt reply. However, in regards to the cowardice excuse of "state law" violation, aren't illegal aliens (who would normally be deported when discovered) and fetuses (I shouldn't have to tell you that this seems like yet another attempt to make fetuses independent entities, making yet another attack on a woman's right to choose) not eligible under FEDERAL law to apply for funds, in particular funds that are being administered by the federal goverenment?
