Next full meeting on Jan. 27. The summary files are at http://www-physics.lbl.gov/~gilg/SCTWeeklyMeetings/Jan212003/ For some reason the channel summary is very large now. Vitaliy created a start on a Z metrology summary, which is at the above. He is working on IVs. Hope to add this next week. Note that I'm taking the hybrids-started, hybrid-up-to-fanout and modules with testing complete from Sandra's spreadsheet(unlike last week), so counts might have been off last week. Hybrids started as of end last week 58 In last week 5 Hybrids up to fanout bonds 37 In last week 1 Modules started as of end last week 14 In last week 2 Modules test complete 3 In last week 1 Cleanroom We are back in operation after multiple water leaks. One was repaired. The second will be repaired but leak only occurs with lots of water in drainage well external to the building. This hopefully wont occur before the repair is made. But we lost some time last week. Hybrids 16 more arrived and look fine. Chips arrived. Visual inspection done and all look OK to use. Co started today on this batch and should be mounting chips at about 2 hybrids per day. Module assembly P11 - bonded with hybrid, ready for IV in cleanroom today, then put in test box. P12 - same P13 - ready for bonding today, then metrology(reverse usual order to avoid conflict with SmartScope) and then IV P14 - metrology(no hybrid) completed, meets specs. IV done. Hybrid attach starting today. P15 - hope to start one side today using fixture A1 A0 fixture initial qualification was completed today and backside of D31 will be glued today. Ready to start A2 qualification but limited by vacuum line availability. Have new A2 plate from UK. Bearings to be replaced. Drawing package to make more metrology fixtures being completed by Carl. Robert assembled three more test boxes with connectors for P11-13. Module bonding has priority. If time allows Rhonda will work on ordering bonder supplies and getting bonders #2 and #3 up. Rhonda talked to Mark at UCSC on Friday about what fixtures UCSC needs. Will follow up(and with Gil). Personnel schedule. Gil will circulate request for people to give him their schedules from now through March. Will update this weekly, or as needed.
