Refine 3d Model

Projections

The particles are reprojected using the program project3d. For a C1 particle a good choice (and the final rounds of refinement), there may be on the order of 250 or so. As a crude estimate for the necessary number one may need to do projection matching, we may divide this number by the order of the symmetry.
