JBoss messaging JBoss Messaging 1.41 is an implementation of the Java Message Service (JMS) specification 1.1 (JSR 914)2. It is the default messaging service implementation for the EAP 5.1. It is a high-performance messaging core designed to support Service-Oriented Architectures (SOAs), Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs), and other integration requirements regardless of the level of demand. JBoss Messaging is ideal for clustered environments. Some of the clustering features available include: Fully clustered queues and topics, including temporary queues and durable subscriptions Intelligent message redistribution to prevent starvation or overloading of nodes in the cluster Message ordering to guarantee messages are consumed in the same order they are produced Transparent failover for high availability Message bridge to form geographically distributed clusters
