Changes For This Release

• Updated dt User's Manual. Postscript file in dt kit.
• Ported dt to Linux and FreeBSD operating systems.
• On 32-bit systems, either "long long" or "double" is used for larger data and record limits, as well as total statistics. This is necessary for large capacity disks and tapes.
• Added "pattern=iot" option which encodes the logical block address in the first 4 bytes, then uses (lba += 0x01010101) to seed the remaining data bytes in each 512 byte block.
• dt now accepts 't' or 'T' for terabyte on numeric values.
• The option "enable=microdelay" enables micro-second values for various delays, instead of the default of seconds.

        The IOT data pattern can be used with any device/file.
        Here's an example of what the IOT data pattern looks like.
        The logical block address (lba) is placed in the first 4 bytes,
        then each remaining u_int gets (lba += 0x01010101).
