- Open Office
- Tools / Extension manager...
- Select My Extensions in the extensions area
- Press Button Add...
- Choose the Place where the required extension (f.e. foo_en.oxt and/or foo_en_de.oxt-extension ) located into the Add extension field (extensions are added in i20164
- Press open to get the extension
- Check if in the Listfield the entry My extensions include th added extension
- Check if the help are enabled and will be part of th added extension
- Close the Extension manager
- File / New / Textdocument
- Check if the Menu entry Foo extension will be part of the Main menu
- Check if a new add on Toolbar where is named Foo Toolbar item are available
- Help / What's this?
- Move with the Mouse pointer to the new add on Toolbar
- Check, if a Helptext available
- Menubar / Foo extension / Start Foo Dialog... (no selection, only Mouseposition)
- Shift + F1
- Check, if a Helptext available
- Menubar / Foo extension / Start Foo Dialog...
- Check,if the Button Do it ! open a new window named Idid it!
- Leave the Dialog by using ok
- Check,if the Button Dummy Button, no help doesn't open a window (no action required)
- Leave the Dialog by using the Windowcloser
- Help / Office Help
- Index Tabpage check if the entries ab38 test: all pages as main entry available
- check if the subentries for ab38 test: are page 1 and page 2
- Switch to page 1
- Check, if all links are worked as described
- Check if the index excluded for Textdoc are available
- Set a Bookmark
- Move back to the first page
- Switch of to the spreadsheet help
- Step 25 to 31 again
- Check if the index excluded for Spreadsheet are available
- ...
- Close the Help Window by using the Window closer
- Tools / Extension manager...
- Select My Extensions in the extensions area
- Extrude My Extensions
- Select the foo_en.oxt and/or foo_en_de.oxt-extension
- Press remove
- Close the Office
- Reopen the Office
- Check if the extensions are correct removed
- Open the Help
- Check if all helpfilles are correct removed
