Duplicate style prevention Status: Standard CONFIDENTAL

  • File / New / Text document
  • Click doubled with primary mouse click on the status bar where the style name "Default" is listed
  • Switch to tab page "Header"
  • Check the check-box "Header on"
  • Press [OK]
  • Write "one, two three" in the now visible header
  • Highlight the middle word (by double-clicking it with the primary mouse key)
  • Click in the "Formatting" toolbar firstly on bold and then on italic (in that order)
  • Write three words an an ordinary paragraph. Then highlight the middle work (by double-clicking it with the primary mouse key) and make it Bold. 
  • Save and inspect the styles.xml and content.xml with jEdit or another XML enabled editor and search for "automatic-styles"
    • in styles.xml
      • a style named "MT1" is okay but not "T1" if the same is in the content.xml
    • in content.xml
      • a style named "T1" is okay but there should be no "MT1" or others which are also in the styles.xml
