3 Reasons to Use Firefox Every Day

There's no better way to say it than to just say it: Firefox is fast, safe and it's made with a mission.

Find out what that means for you and why you should make Firefox your default for everyday browsing.

The Mobile Features You Asked For

We designed Firefox for Android to be fast, smart and safe. We were pretty happy with the results, but that doesn't mean we couldn't make it better. That's where you come in. We took the top features you asked for and added them. (Thanks for helping us make it even more awesome.)

Here's what's new:
  • Remove tabs with a swipe and get to synced tabs more easily.
  • Choose either the mobile or desktop version of any site.
  • Select, copy and paste text in Web pages.
  • Search for a given word or phrase within a page.
Download the latest version of Firefox for Android and try the new features for yourself!

Firefox Keeps Going (And Going)

If you keep Firefox running for long stretches at a time or if you have a lot of add-ons installed, you might notice some significant memory improvements in our latest version for desktop. That means increased performance, more responsiveness and happier users — and we like happy users.

Upgrade now and see for yourself.

What If...

Have you ever thought about what it would be like if advertisers could track you in real life like they do on the Internet? Watch this funny 1-minute video — one of the amazing winners of Firefox Flicks — to see what that might be like.

Be sure to share the video with your friends and tell them to download the browser that keeps their private info private (it's Firefox, of course).

Are You a Webmaker?

Mozilla Webmaker has a number of projects available to help you make something amazing with the Web. Now you can take a short quiz to find out what kind of webmaker you are and which projects are right for you. We'll even give you a Mozilla Webmaker sticker for your trouble (really, it's no trouble).
