XSLTProcessor: the name() function returns xtml element names in UPPERCASE (Run Test). That's with xhtml nodes in arbitrary xml documents. However, if the result document is xhtml (i.e. has a xhtml document element), element names are returned as they should - lowercase. (Run Test).
